Cuddling Helps You To Bond With Your Baby

No parent needs a reason to cuddle their precious newborn, however, a recent review of thirty studies indicates that skin to skin contact with your infant directly after birth, greatly benefits breastfeeding.  Newborns held skin to skin from birth until their first feeding were twice as likely then swaddled babies to breastfeed and were more likely to still be nursing one to four months later.  Skin to skin contact is a very powerful act that helps ignite a parental bond with your child, even if breastfeeding is not your intention highly consider instantly bonding with your baby.
