Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom are noted as such in the product descriptions.

Custom orders are specially made for each and every one of our customers. It is for this reason that all sales are final on custom orders. We cannot accept returns or exchange special order items, personalized items, or any custom designed item.

Mother Nursery works hard to place your custom orders into production within 24 hours so that we may ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel your order after it has been placed.
