  19. How much do you charge for your installation for Childproofing?

  • When will my order ship?

    • All in stock items will ship with in 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. If you need your item shipped by a specific date please call us. If your order is not in stock you will be notified immediately and credited for your purchase.

  • When will my return be processed?

    • Most returns are processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt. Credit for the returned item will post to your card within 2 billing cycles. We will send a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    • After your order is put into our system we do not have a way to cancel it. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please send an email, fax or call within 24 hours and you may return the order to us free of charge.


  • Can I send one part of an order to myself and another part to another address?

    • No. We do not currently ship to multiple addresses. If you need to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

  • Is it safe to shop with my credit or debit card on Mother Nursery?

    • Mother Nursery strives to maintain a safe and friendly environment for online shopping. We are a Secure Site which means that the transit of all card information is encrypted using SSL technology.

  • What do your services include for Custom Rooms?

    • Mother Nursery can do as much or as little as you would like. We have complete custom room packages available as well as a-la-carte services. We work with all types of budgets and room sizes. Please check out our website for a list of our services or give us call, we are here to help create a magical environment for your child.

  • We don’t want to know the gender of our baby but want to have our nursery done before they are born, is this possible?

    • Absolutely, there are a couple of options for this situation, we can create a neutral room for your child to grow in or we can contact the doctor and find out the gender. If you choose for us to contact the doctor than we will design a room for both genders, go over the designs with you and from that point we will proceed to order everything needed to complete your nursery without you ever knowing the gender of your baby until they are born. We will than lock you out of your room, transform your room within a few weeks and open it up once you arrive home from the hospital.


  • Do you really lock us out of our room, if we want the room done before and don't know the gender?

    • Your wish is our command, if you don’t want to see the room beforehand than yes; we most definitely put a dead bolt on your door.


  • What happens if we don’t want anything done to our room until the baby is born?

    • Not a problem, we can work with you to create your nursery beforehand, once the baby is born we can do one of two things. We can come into your home while you are in labor and turn your nursery around before you get home, if we plan ahead accordingly and you aren’t doing a mural. Or the second option would be for us to order everything in advance, store it in our warehouse and once you arrive home from the hospital we can begin the transformation of your new nursery.


  • How do you erect a room when we are in the hospital?

    • We work with you ahead of time to design your dream nursery. We than proceed to order everything needed for the completion of your room, store it in our warehouse and than when you go into labor, you call us, and we come out to do the transformation of your room. As long as we have everything in time and you don’t want a mural done, we will turn around your nursery before you arrive home from the hospital.


  • What do we need to do if we want a custom room?

    • Everyone has their own opinion and wants to contribute in their own ways. We can do as much or as little as you wish for us too. Some people want to give us the complete freedom of designing their room others want to know each and every detail. Whatever you choose, we work with you to make this a memorable experience.


  • Do you provide custom bedding?

    • Yes. We design all types of custom textiles for your room from bedding to pillows, drapery, and more. We will work with you to find the perfect fabrics for your one-of-a-kind custom room.


  • Do you do anything else besides nurseries?

    • Yes, we also provide custom rooms for grandma’s house, playrooms, toddler rooms, and tweens. We also work with daycare’s and doctor offices.


  • How much is it to for you to create a custom room?

    • Prices vary based on your own wants and needs. Some want the complete package while others just want a mural. We work with all types of budgets to accommodate everyone. Call us to set up a free consultation today.

  • What services do you provide for Childproofing?

    • Complete childproof evaluations, installation of safety equipment, and safety product recommendations.

  • I know what I want childproofed and have purchased the items on my own, can you install them for me?

    • Absolutely, we can do the installation of all safety devices.

  • What is a complete childproof evaluation?

    • We come out to your home, do a full evaluation of what we feel is necessary to childproof your home, come back and report the findings to you, at that time you can order the safety devices recommended from us or purchase them on your own and than we can install them for you for an additional charge.

  • I don’t know what I need to childproof my home but can install them myself; do I have to hire you to complete everything?

    • No, we can just do an evaluation of your home and report our findings to you; at that time you can order things directly through us or purchase them elsewhere. Just be careful to properly install everything.


  • How much do you charge for your installation for Childproofing?

    • Every home is different, we can’t provide an exact price it all depends on the size of your home and what needs to be installed, etc.
